John Sexton Photography offers a variety of photographic services, including business, portrait, and wedding photography. Our website contains information about our services, costs, and availability.

Booking and Payment

Booking our Services : To make a booking-request for a photography service,please usetheContact Form on the online booking process and fill in all detailed information required.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Payment : Generally, abooking-feeis required to secure any photography-service and this will vary depending on the type of service required – however Corporate / Commercial clients will be billed seperately after the work is complete.The final balance will then be required before the final photographs are transferred. Various means of payment are available, ranging from online banking to credit/debit card payments etc as required.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation : Any notice of cancellation should be communicated to us immediately by email. Any booking fee made prior to cancellation will be forfeited, due to loss of a potential booking for that same date, which would now be at risk. Any subsequent payments made after the initial booking fee payment, will be refunded up to 2 months prior to the event-date.

Refund : We do not offer refunds after the Photography event or service has taken place. In the event of any dissatisfaction with our service, then please contact us about your concerns and we will discuss any issues you may have.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of John Sexton Photography or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not toviolate any applicable laws or regulations.Posts containing any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material, are prohibited.Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting affiliation with any person or entity is not permitted.
